Records Management

The Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office Records Management Office provides support for many mission critical functions 24 hours per day.  The primary responsibilities of the Records Management Office involves collection, data entry, storage and dissemination of all incident reports and supplemental information.  Records Management also maintains the primary Division of Criminal Information (DCI) terminal for entry and notification of messages for entries involving all Missing Persons, Runaways, Stolen License Plates, Stolen Vehicle Parts, Stolen Boats, Stolen Vehicles, Stolen Guns, and Wanted Juveniles.

The Records Management Office is staffed 24 hours per day, 365 days a year in order to provide support to Sheriff’s Office personnel and the citizens of Cumberland County. Additionally, the staff take pride in providing excellent customer service and assistance to citizens and other government agencies in person and via phone, including taking reports for misdemeanor incidents, providing calls for service and copies of reports.

Please note: if you wish to obtain a copy of an accident report that occurred on private property outside of city limits in which the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office responded to and completed a report for, you must contact us via phone or email. Accident reports completed by the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office are not available online at this time.
